Shifting is a 360° virtual reality experience that immerses the user in a digital representation of Lyon. It has been generated, and therefore modelled, from the key-numbers of its physical and digital activity. The installation illustrates the fact that any action taken in the physical dimension of the city creates an immediate parallel action in its digital dimension. It’s the new reality of XXI st century cities.
